Notice
- Due to the rigid deadlines set by the courts, we needed to delegate some of the later translation tasks (Addiction Reports) out to a translation company. These ended up being submitted with errors as there was no time to check them. The main ones have been highlighted below.
- Also included are explanations of the nature of these errors which may allow you to consider any potential implications they may have had on the case. The explanations are given in English only, as Japanese speakers will be able to simply compare the original translations with the amendments to understand the differences.
This was translated by my then lawyer. Overall, I feel the translations were of a very good standard. There were some minor errors which have been highlighted here.
